CELEBRITIES : CONDITIONS TO BE MET IN REPSECT OF RAHAMA SADAU.S ALLEGATION OF BLASPHEMY ON THE PROPHET MUHAMMADA( S.A.W )

I In response to the report by 88C Hausa transmitted on the 7"- day of November. 2020 that Raharna Sadau is due to arrive to Kaduna, Nigeria with her lawyers to defend herself on the allegation of the blasphemy labeled against her, she should note the follovvings: 

1. Her Lawyer'(s) MUST be Muslim by faith This is predicated on the fact that it is only a Maslim Lawyer that can understand the proceedings of Shariah Court. It is a matter relating to Hadiths of the Prophet and the Glorious Holy  Qur'an and not  matter relating to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. The Police should only observe their constitutional role of conveying her to Islamic Shari'ah Court after conducting discret investigation of the case in issue. 

3. Renowned Islamic Scholars like Sheikh r Ahmed Mahmoud Gumi, Kaduna, Sheikh Ahmed  BUK from Kano State, Sheikh Kabir Haruna Gombe from Gombe State, Sheikh Nura Khalil  (Digital) from Abuja and Sheikh Ali Fantami (Hon. Minister  of Communication) will  be the Ulamas that will give Islamic interpretation with regards to the blasphemy of the ProPhet Muhammad (S.A.W), 

4 . we compliment the resolve of Arewa lawyers for not interfering in the cases of blasphemy against one Aminu Sherif and Umar Faruk.  We expect  the Arewa Lawyers and most particularly lawyers in Kaduna not to Interfere in Rahanu Sadau's, case. 

Finally we wish to call on all the general Public  to remain calm. while assuring all ?all Muslims faithful that justice will take it course.
